We deliver general and specialist Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) services within NHS outpatient and procedural settings, supporting elective recovery, waiting list reduction and pathway capacity.

Our consultant-led ENT services integrate with existing Trust pathways and include both general ENT activity and more complex subspecialty clinics and procedures, delivered under full clinical governance.

We provide consultant-led anaesthetic services as part of fully staffed, multidisciplinary insourcing teams, supporting safe and efficient delivery of elective activity across multiple NHS specialties.

Our model enables Trusts to access complete clinical teams, including consultants, anaesthetists, surgical first assistants and theatre staff, delivered under a single governance and mobilisation framework.

Our anaesthetics services include:

  • Consultant anaesthetist provision supporting outpatient, diagnostic and procedural pathways
  • General anaesthesia (GA), local anaesthesia (LA) and sedation services

Our gastroenterology and endoscopy services include:

  • Consultant-led gastroenterology outpatient clinics
  • Referral triage and pathway review
  • Diagnostic endoscopy procedures, including:
    • Gastroscopy
    • Colonoscopy and Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
    • Transnasal endoscopy (where clinically appropriate)
  • Two-week wait (2WW) diagnostic activity

  • Endoscopy activity aligned to JAG-accredited standards and Trust governance requirements

Delivery model

    We support a range of urology outpatient services, including:

    • Consultant-led new and follow-up urology clinics

    • Diagnostic and surveillance pathways

    • Flexible cystoscopy clinics

    • Prostate assessment and monitoring clinics

    • Pathway support for LUTS, haematuria and general urology referrals

    Subspecialty & Day-Case Urology Procedures

    Her Health Partnerships can support a range of day-case urology procedures delivered within NHS Trust facilities and aligned to local governance and clinical pathways.

    • Vasectomy services and vasectomy reversal

      Procedural activity may include:

      • Upper limb procedures (including shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand)

      • Lower limb procedures (including knee, ankle and foot)

        Services are delivered within existing Trust pathways and infrastructure, offering flexible additional capacity on-site, mid-week, evenings or weekends in line with local demand.
