Key Gynaecology Services We Deliver

Her Health Partnerships works collaboratively with NHS Trusts to deliver safe, high-quality gynaecology services that improve patient access and reduce elective care backlogs. Our consultant-led services are offered during mid-week, evening, and weekend sessions, with full administrative, clinical, and governance support.

We can typically mobilise services within 2–4 weeks, with staffing, equipment ( if required), and operational setup fully managed by our team. Below are examples of core gynaecology services we deliver. Each is tailored to the needs of the Trust.

General Gynaecology Clinics

Overview

We provide consultant-led general gynaecology clinics for a wide range of common women’s health concerns — including integrated ultrasound services for efficient diagnostics.

  • Management of menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, fibroids, ovarian cysts, fertility assessment and hormonal in balance conditions (PCOS)
  • Transvaginal and pelvic ultrasound scanning
  • Contraceptive advice, abnormal bleeding review, and investigation of discharge
  • Early diagnosis of key conditions through combined scanning and clinic
  • Reduces unnecessary referrals or delays
  • Enhances access to day-case treatment or further care if needed

Menopause & Women’s Health Clinics

Overview

Hysteroscopy Clinics

Overview

Our expert outpatient hysteroscopy service offers safe, efficient diagnosis and treatment within a single visit where appropriate. Delivered within NHS settings, this service helps reduce waiting times and improves access to essential care.

  • Diagnostic procedures including endometrial biopsy and cavity evaluation

Colposcopy Clinics

Overview

Our BSCCP-accredited colposcopy services support the NHS Cervical Screening Programme, delivering timely diagnosis and treatment of abnormal smears.

Service Delivery

All services are delivered by experienced, NHS-trained consultants, supported by skilled nursing and administrative teams. We operate in line with NHS Trust governance frameworks, following the same safety, quality, and clinical protocols in place within the Trust environment. Her Health Partnerships manages the full operational setup, including staffing, patient communication, clinical documentation, audits, and service performance reporting — ensuring a seamless, end-to-end delivery model.
