Monitoring supplier compliance annually
Avoiding suppliers where risks cannot be mitigated
Requiring subcontractors to pass compliance obligations through their own supply chains
Effectiveness & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
We measure effectiveness through:
100% supplier compliance checks at onboarding
100% completion of staff training on modern slavery and human trafficking
Annual review of any reported concerns (with zero tolerance for breaches)
Training & Capacity Building
All employees and contractors have access to modern slavery awareness training. This ensures they can identify risks and report concerns.
